Q: Can I use a Buckeye Sports Center Gift Card for the Online Store?
A: At this time, our Gift Cards are only available to be used in-store at our Peninsula, OH location.
Q: If I purchased a Ski or Snowboard Boot in the online store, does it still have the "Boot Fit Guarantee" offered by Buckeye?
A: No, our Boot Fit Guarantee does not apply to any boots purchased online. This is because we have not had a chance for our staff to fit the boot to the client as part of our boot fitting services.
Q: If I need to return an item purchased on the online store, who pays for the shipping to send it back?
A: The client is responsible for any fees associated with shipping a returned product back to the store at 4610 State Rd Peninsula, OH 44264. You can also return the items by dropping them off at our Peninsula, OH location. Once an item is received and processed by our staff, your refund will be applied.
Q: What does the Buckeye Sports Center return policy look like?
A: Returns are granted within the first 30 days if the products tags remain on. As far as ski and snowboard packages are concerned, up to 30 days after purchase as long as they have yet to be mounted.
